Warranty and Return Policy
PintealTM offers a 180-day limited warranty for all our products. This warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects but does not cover normal wear and tear, abuse/misuse, or modification of the product. All warranty claims require proof of purchase and are only valid for the original retail purchaser.

If you are not totally satisfied with your order, and the item is in unused condition with original packaging still intact, the item(s) can be returned for free within 90 days of the purchase date for a refund or store credit. If item cannot be restocked due to looking used, your request for a refund will not be processed and the original item will be returned to you. Please allow two weeks for your return to be fully processed and a refund, credit, exchange be issued.
