Privacy Policy for Mojo Mobile

This privacy policy covers the Mojo Mobile app for Android and iOS (the "app"), made by Pinteal LLC. The app is published on Google Play under the developer name Pinteal Apps and on the Apple App Store as MOJO® Mobile. This policy explains what the app does with information on your phone, and what it does not do.
The short version
The app does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information. It has no accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no crash reporting, and it does not connect to the internet. Everything the app does happens between your phone and your MOJO decoy controllers over Bluetooth.
What the app does
Mojo Mobile finds MOJO decoy controllers near you over Bluetooth Low Energy, connects to them, and lets you turn them on and off, set their intermittent timers, and give each one a nickname.
Information we collect
None. The app does not collen and does not send anyinformation to Pinteal LLC or to anyone else. The Android app does not even requestpermission to use the intern anywhere.
Permissions the app asks for
Bluetooth (shown as "Nearby newer). Needed to find,connect to, and control your MOJO controllers. This is the only thing the app uses Bluetooth for.
Location (Android 11 and olds of Android, the operatingsystem requires location permission before any app may scan for Bluetooth devices. The app requests it only forermines your location, neverstores it, and never shares it. On Android 12 and newer the app does not ask for location at all, and it declluetooth scanning is neverused to derive location.
Background Bluetooth (iOS). The iOS app can keep its Bluetooth connection to your
controllers while it is in t responding. No informationis collected as part of this.
Information stored on your phone
The app saves a small amount of information on your phone only:
- the nicknames you give your controllers
- the last on/off state and each controller
- whether you have seen the introductory tour
This information never leaves your phone and is never sent to us. If your phone's
own backup feature is turnedoid, iCloud or computerbackup on iOS), it may include these settings as part of your normal phone backup.

Data retention and deletion
Because we collect nothing, and there is nothing for usto retain or delete. The information stored on your phone stays there until you
remove it. You can change nitime. Deleting the app, orclearing its storage in your phone's settings on Android, removes everything it has
saved.
Sharing with third parties
We do not share any informatcause we have none to share.The app contains no third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or
tracking software.
Security
Because the app does not tra anywhere, there is nopersonal information in transit or on our servers to protect. Communication between
the app and your controllersication between your phoneand the controller.

The app's About screen contains links to pages on pinteal.com, including this
policy and our terms of servone's web browser. Our online store has its own privacy policy, which covers purchases and visits to the
website.
Children's privacy
The app is not directed at cnot collect personalinformation from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
If the app ever changes in a way that affects your privacy, we will update this
policy and change the effectes take effect when they areposted on this page.
